Communication
We meet with you on site, lay out the engineer's plans, use digital photos for illustration, and take you through the tick-list. While we usually supply all materials, some clients like to bring their own vanity units, or a particular paint, or any kind of household accessory, and we accommodate all needs in our flexible, thorough approach.
With your itemised quote, we sit down with you on site and talk you through each individual stage, and the materials required. We always have a "trade day" prior to starting work so that you can meet our team and the tradesmen who'll do the work.
We ensure to talk with you on a daily basis and we have regular weekly meetings to give you updates on the work in progress, in laymen's terms. And we make sure we do every little job right from the word go.
